Plymouth Trip Sept 17
« Reply #16 on: August 18, 2017, 02:04:36 PM »

Hi All
I have been nominated as the dive manager for this trip
Would all those who have booked on the trip please forward £155.00 to the club account either by bank transfer stating who from  and what its for, and inform Steve Marriot and myself that it has been paid or by Cheque Payable to SISAC with the trip stated on the back and placed in the safe in the kit room or handed to a committee member and inform me that payment has been made
The amount above is for the Diving / breakfast serial /toast etc and accommodation
Tea / coffee making facilities are in the rooms
Bedding if in twin rooms is included
Air and any extras will and the evening meal on Saturday evening will be additional and to be paid for individually
The skipper will normally provide tea/ coffee during the day and a Cornish pasty for lunch between dives
if this is not to your liking you will need to provide your own  lunch
The boat will be out all day so you will need sufficient air for 2 dives (2 Cylinders)
any hired club cylinders will need to be returned Full
all qualified OD who needs Club equipment will need to hire it from the kit room by prior arrangement with the equipment officer Rob Howard
Anyone not able to attend at this late stage without a substitute will be required to pay the full cost
Please contact others for car sharing for safety and cost
I shall be travelling with Anna
Many thanks
Bezz

A decision has been made in conjunction with the dive centre to cancel this trip due high winds and sea state outside of BSAC safe diving recommendation with only a possibility of diving Sat and less of chance on Sunday
Any funds paid into the Clubs account for this trip can remain as Credit for future events unless trip members specifically request  a refund
If so please contact Steve Marriott to instigate a refund
